Welcome to StorageRentals USA. Our platform provides a free service for users to find and rent storage units from our independent Partner Facilities. This policy outlines the financial relationships and responsibilities for all parties involved. Please read it carefully.
Our Role in Payments
StorageRentals USA operates as a lead generation and rental management platform. We are not the storage provider, and we do not own, manage, or set the rental terms for the storage units listed. All financial transactions for your storage rental constitute a direct agreement between you and the specific Partner Facility. While we may facilitate the payment process through a secure third-party processor on behalf of the facility for operational efficiency, StorageRentals USA never acts as the merchant of record. All funds are transferred directly from you to the Partner Facility. Consequently, StorageRentals USA is not responsible for issuing refunds for any payments made to our Partner Facilities.
Understanding Your Rental Agreement and Refunds
Each Partner Facility is an independent business that sets its own rules, including policies for cancellations, monthly payments, and refunds. These terms are unique to each facility. By completing a rental on our platform, you explicitly agree to be bound by the specific lease agreement and policies of that Partner Facility. We strongly recommend that you review the facility's rental agreement and refund policy, which are presented during the booking process, before finalizing your rental.
Storage rentals are typically on a month-to-month basis. If you need to cancel your rental or modify your account, please log in to your StorageRentals USA account where you can manage your subscriptions, update your billing information, or rent a different unit.
You may also refer to the instructions in your rental confirmation email. For all questions regarding your rental, changes, or refund requests, you must contact the Partner Facility directly, as we cannot process these on their behalf.
Your Financial Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date payment information in your account and for ensuring sufficient funds are available for scheduled payments. It is your responsibility to log in to your account and update your payment method if necessary. StorageRentals USA is not liable for any financial loss resulting from issues such as late payments, invalid card details, insufficient funds, or chargebacks. In the event of credit card fraud or unauthorized use, you must contact your bank or credit card issuer directly, as financial institutions typically bear the risk and cover charges resulting from such fraud.
